Editorial and corrections policy
What is published
Legal updates and checklists on new and changing Indian laws, written for businesses and individuals. Each article names its practice area, audience, author, the date the law is stated as at, and its primary sources.
How an article is prepared
Research draws on primary texts: Acts, rules, Gazette notifications, official circulars and judgments. Drafts may be prepared with research assistance, including AI tools. Every statement of law is checked against the primary text, and each article is reviewed and approved by Gurleen Kaur before publication.
What articles do not do
Articles do not discuss identifiable client matters, offer services or invite readers to engage the practice.
Dates and corrections
The date on an article is the date the law was checked. Material corrections carry a visible note and a new date. Superseded articles are marked and linked to the newer note. Corrections may be sent to [email protected].
