ABOUT
Asweeraah Associates is the advisory practice of Advocate Gurleen Kaur. Its name joins the names of her late mother and grandfather, who built family businesses on value and trust. The practice carries that legacy forward.
Gurleen has been enrolled as an advocate since 2015. She began as a Law Researcher at the Delhi High Court, preparing research memos on contested questions of law. Her work today is advisory: reading new laws closely, reviewing and drafting agreements, and helping businesses and families understand the documents that govern their decisions. A background in economics shapes how she reads a contract, as a set of incentives and risks, not only as clauses.
The practice is based in Gurugram and works with businesses and individuals across the National Capital Region. Its writing follows one rule: every statement of law is traced to the primary text, with the date it was checked.
